Tested, not just taken

Backups you’ve actually seen work.

Email, cloud storage, NAS, workstations and servers — monitored daily, restore-tested on a schedule, and the results written down.

What we do

A backup is a claim. A restore is proof.

Plenty of businesses have backups; far fewer have ever watched one restore. We monitor every backup daily, run restore tests on a schedule, and document the results — so the day you need it is not the day you find out.

Monitored daily

Every backup checked every day — a silent failure never gets to quietly run for months.

Restore-tested

Actual test restores on a schedule, because the only backup that counts is one that comes back.

Written down

Results documented every time — evidence for you, your auditors and your insurers.

Everything covered

Email, cloud storage, NAS, workstations and servers — the whole estate, not just the obvious bits.

The discipline

Tested, not just taken.

Daily

Monitored

Every backup checked every day. A silent failure never gets a month to compound.

On schedule

Restore-tested

Data actually brought back, rehearsed like the emergency it will one day be.

Questions

Backup, answered.

What do you back up?

Email, cloud storage, NAS, workstations and servers — the full list, agreed in the assessment, written into the plan.

How often are backups checked?

Daily. Monitoring is the half of backup most providers skip, and it is the half that catches the silent failure.

What is a restore test?

We actually bring data back from the backup, on a schedule, and document that it worked. It is the difference between believing and knowing.

Microsoft 365 keeps our files. Is that not enough?

Sync is not backup — a file deleted or encrypted syncs everywhere just as faithfully. Email and cloud storage have their own backup layer for exactly that reason.

How fast could we be running again?

That depends on the system and the failure, so it is planned per system in the assessment rather than promised in a headline. What we can say: the restore has been rehearsed.
