None of that needs genius. It needs somebody whose actual job is to notice.

Invoices with a line for every phone call — which is a very effective way of teaching a business to stop phoning. Those are the things New Horizon-IT was set up to avoid, and they are why the support package is unlimited and the advice is vendor-independent: there is no version of this arrangement where it pays to sell you more than you need.
